Is there a limit to the dollar value that can be loaded on to the Community Bank Visa Gift Card?
Cards may be loaded with a minimum of $25.00 and a maximum of $750.00.

Can the card recipient/user overspend the balance on their Community Bank Visa Gift Card?
The Visa Gift Card has a set value when purchased. If the user tries to purchase something of greater value that the balance of the card, the transaction will be declined. The user can check the card's balance by calling the toll free number listed on the back of the card or online at http://www.cbgift.com.

How long does it take to activate Community Bank Visa Gift Cards after they are bought?
Cards purchased within a branch are loaded with funds 5 times a day at 10 AM, Noon, 2 PM, 4 PM and 7 PM CST, Monday-Saturday. Cards purchased after 7 PM CST on Saturday will be loaded the following Monday at 10 AM.

What is the reseller bank's responsibility if the card is lost or stolen?
First you need to report that the card is lost or stolen by calling 1-877-482-4438. Then, Community Bank Products will replace the card, after verifying the balance in the account and deducting a $15.00 service charge from the balance on the card. A replacement card will be issued with the remaining balance of the card.

How will my customers and employees benefit from the Community Bank Visa Gift Card?
Recipients of the card will have the freedom to use it wherever Visa debit cards are accepted around the world. * This allows them to choose how they wish to spend the gift they have received, without being locked into a particular location.
